Campi Alti was born at a first stage as a project, and only later as a company. The need for a correct food culture, the desire to understand the reason for the huge confusion in food labels, the current impossibility to really trace the origin of some products… these are just some of the reasons that led us to want to make our contribution to organic culture in Italy… (read more)

PRODUCTS

We are proud of our product, since it is born and is processed exclusively in Italy, 100% certified organic. Nowadays the consumer is always more informed and attentive to the labels and the origin of the food: with the Campi Alti product we want to protect the health of the consumer and safeguard the true Made in Italy, famous all over the world for its food excellences.

ZONE OF EXCELLENCE

Campi Alti flour derives from selected grains coming from the “Zone of Excellence”, a territory that develops in the hills and that, thanks to the rigor of a careful quality path, and a protocol studied together with experts in the agri-food sector, allows a homogeneity of product and a guarantee of quality of the organic process. The Zone of Excellence protects the Italian product, its economic value and the territory in which it is born, always settin the health of the consumer in first place, together with the trust that we puts towards the producers… (read more)

VALUES AND HEALTH

It is easy to say “Italian product”;
they are two words that unfortunately are increasingly abused.
Often that “Italian product” that we read on the labels of flour refers to the processing of wheat, but not to its origin.
The law currently allows in fact to skip the steps, allowing producers to omit that part of the supply chain could be located in foreign countries, so, what for us is “produced in Italy”, maybe it is not… (read more)
